MTN Fourways Mall zero service and no communication skills.

An upgrade on a contract is proving to be an absolute nightmare! I called Fourways Mall branch to check if they could assist during load shedding and they said yes, come in. On arrival they said no, cant help. Next visit I watched a lady stare at her computer for 1hr30 minutes whilst processing my upgrade. No communication, no engagement, just kept saying her computer was slow. I dont think she knew what she was doing. Asked for a manager to assist. She went away for ages. I had to go and look for her. The "manager" chatted to her in another language and never engaged with me at all. 1hr45 minutes later and no further than staring at a computer. I left the store. Appalling service, zero communication; no care, and zero delivery!!!!!
