MTN Fourways Mall dishonoured promotional deal

If I could rate zero I would. I purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra in August 2022 which was at the time on a promotion where purchase would be accommodated by a free charging adaptor. The store advised me at the time that they were currently out of stock of the adaptors and would contact me once stock became available. I was never contacted by the store, instead I had to contact them multiple times and would simply be told sorry we still do not have stock. We are now in May 2023, I happened to be at the mall, went into the store and was met with a sorry that promotion's stock ran out and there's nothing we can do for you. It is utterly ridiculous that the commitment to the promotion could not be honoured and that no one could assist me today.
