MTN fourways mall

I am very ****ed off writing this I lost my device on Friday the guy that was helping me out said it will be sorted out by Monday. I went to the store he was not at the store I was told he will be back on the Wednesday it’s Wednesday today and I’m told he will be back tomorrow. That means I won’t get any assistance. I was told that he is the only person that can help me since he logged the query but I’m not getting any assistance. I’m sitting without a phone for almost a week now.
