Mtn Fourqays

Went in to open up a contract for the new Mac Book Air 2019. Guy who helped me was unfriendly the entire process. I asked him if it was the newest model, he assured me that it was. Not looking in my eyes once. Told me to come back the next day to pick up my laptop. Went the next day, he told me that the application was not approved yet and that I should call before coming in. I received an sms from MTN saying that my application has been approved, I called the store 11 times - no answer. Went to the store, again, was not even greeted by the man who helped me. He went to the back to get the laptop, in the end, it was the 2018 model. Wrong laptop. I canceled the request in the end. I am so disappointed by his poor service and knowledge.
