I'd like to thank Harold from Fountains Mall MTN for your tremendous service and going the extra mile for your clients.

I had a phone ordered to upgrade that was not available, as I arrived to collect the order approved, the phone stock was low and I couldn't upgrade to that specific device and he assisted me the whole day to have a new order put through for a different device to upgrade with.

Harold emailed, called, followed up and showcased true hard work ethics in store. I waited a while in store and he kept trying to assist me and at the same time he attended to other clients and was really working hard and even personally dropped off my new order to me after he finished work.

As its a weekend before my birthday I was excited to upgrade and he did not have to go the extra mile that he did, but he did it out of kindness of his heart. He ensured that I upgraded and put in so much effort for this to happen. It took a lot of waiting time and he worked patiently with me as a client to get the new orders approved and finalised.
