MTN Fountains Mall Jeffreys Bay

Their service is shocking sent in a business registration for a cell phone contract on the 18th Jan 2018,they lost my application twice, absolutely no follow up had the displeasure of going to the MTN Fountains Mall store several times with the same promise " my manager will be brining your phone next week we will call you, its now the 22nd of Feb 2018 still no follow up and on my subsequent call to the store manager i was promised he would sort it out, haven't heard from him since, i sent two emails to the Eaetern Cape area manager Kevin Watson with no response to date.

A simple task of applying for business contract and a P8 lite phone has become an impossible task for MTN Jeffreys Bay Fountains Mall branch i most certainly cannot recommend them.
