MTN forcing month on month contract on an ended contract

Mtn wants to force me to continue with a contract that ended on 11th July 2023. Below is communication send via DM last week to Mtn. Hi, please get my contract for Number canceled it came to an end yesterday on the 11th July 2023. I called in on 05/06/2023 to make sure that the contract is canceled, I called again yesterday the 11th July 2023 just to confirm that the contract is canceled and closed , but nope I was told there was an issue with my cancelation on the 05/06/2023 but I am unaware no communication from MTN now I get an email about this being a month on month contract , I don't want a month on month contract I want this contract canceled and closed.

I called in on 5th June to have this canceled, it was rejected because I have three more contracts with Mtn, that does not even make sense, I don't want this contract anymore, I cannot afford it, what part of that is so difficult to understand, the contract has run its course and came to an end and I don't want to continue with it.

I cannot afford this contract hence I called in a month in advance to have it canceled on its last day
