MTN Forcing demand of payment

I am NOT happy with MTN. Please take my name off your records. 2 ***** cases logged with MTN store at Centurion, no feedback from your customer service. An online sale taken out against my name in Zeerust (do not even know the place), I resides in Pretoria. Please stop demanding payment from me. I DO NOT OWE you. I DO NOT OWN any of MTN service
