<p>Dont expect a resolution to your problems from MTN if they respond to a complaint on Hellopeter! The statistics on Hellopeter are geared towards measuring if someone responds at all, not if they respond constructively. So what MTN does is make sure they generate some inane apology with a promise that someone will contact you, they then call you once and redirect you into the infinite loop of their obstructive customer service network until you eventually give up! they look good because they responded positively on Hellopeter but what no-one knows is that they had no intention of resolving your problem.
