MTN Flip & Win being a FLOP

I played the MTN game 'Flip & Win' yesterday and I won a 500 MB and 200 MB data for Twitter (X) of which,unfortunately, I don't use. And I won a 75 MB data (I can't remember if it was for an hour or a day) and they work. I then went and bought a 500 MB data for a day using the 200 Gems I had earned for playing for the last two weeks since I started using. So, I called MTN yesterday and the lady that helped me said they would write to Flip & Win on my behalf, mind you this was around 9 AM, and they told me ro wait for about 2 hours and if it's not solved by then I should call again and I did call around 11 AM and the next lady that picked up the call told me that if it was not solved by the time the first lady said it might be solved I should wait 24 hours maybe by then it would be solved. I called again today (on the 15th of Jan 2026) because it was still not working and I went on the app and the 500 MB, which was reflecting on the Flip & Win site (I forgot to mention it was reflecting on the Flip & Win site but not on the MTN app) and it's now written 'undefined'. So, as I was saying I called and another lady picked up and I told her about what happened yesterday and they told me that the other ladies should've given me the email address to Flip & Win and I got it but I forgot it because I don't have any data to write the email. But I played the game on my Mom's phone and I'm hotspoting from it and I had forgotten the email address so I called again and the lady game me the email address but it was not a valid email address so I called avain and the lady who answered told me that they should not have given me the email address because the only people able to write the email to Flip & Win are the MTN agents and told me to wait for the response from Flip & Win from yesterday, of which it has not responded. If it were any other day I would've left the issue but I am still a student and I am awaiting responses from universities I had app**** to and very desperate. I saw on Facebook that a lot of people also have been facing the issue of not being able to use the data they've won. Please help me, HelloPeter🙏😭😭.
