MTN Flex plan issues to cancel

I too a prepaid sim with MTN Flex. Now i can't cancel the recurring payment. I was at the Irene Mall MTN store, they said they can't help me, I must phone 135. I phone 135 and they said they can't help me. SO now I am stuck paying R300 each month and can't stop it. It is *****!
