MTN Fixed LTE not working for Days

Good Day I have a Fixed 200gb MTN LTE product. It has been down since the 18th MaY I have taken it out through MWEB. i have been through all the normal troubleshooting methods with MTN techs but it still is not working. I was told the problem is with MTN and an issue with the tower. I have now had downtime for 3 days and there is absolutely no feedback from MTN, Please assist in getting the matter resolved as it seems that because the deal is taken out through a third party, MTN just doesnt care how quick the issue is resolved. my LTE service Number is ***
