Mtn Fixed LTE no internet connection after a few days

Recently upgraded to Fixed LTE it was working fine until yesterday. After having to call mtn 5 times. They finally told me my internet was barred. Seems like it had to do with my address. I haven't moved addresses since I got the Fixed LTE router. I have no internet and I need to work from home. I'm calling and speaking to different people at mtn that is telling me something totally different and they not understanding the urgency that I need my line to work, so I can connect to the internet. While I'm typing this message, I'm actually holding for a manager for about 5mins already which I think is also a tactic. The agent puts you in hold until the customer will eventually hangup. I need this sorted asap. Either you give me data for me to use on my phone to work or you fix my line so I can work.
