MTN FIXED LTE NETWORK ON NEW CONTRACT NOT WORKING

Fixed LTE the MTN Contract I just took out does not work and data is being depleted. Withing 36 hours of taking out a brand new MTN HOME WIFI 100GB Contract, I have no WIFI connection. Upon contacting several MTN consultants, I could not be assisted. My Data is being depleted even without use. The contract was taken out on Sunday 25th April 2021 at the Pavillion Durban Branch. I would like urgent assistance.
