MTN fixed LTE is a HOAX---------Beware---------

I signed of for one of MTN's new fixed LTE month to month contracts (uncapped 10mbs)

It has been close to a week now and I still do not have any connection It is impossible to call 135 help desk for the SIM does not have a mobile number, thus you do not even get past the first menu and there are no options to get in without a MSISDN.

The MTN shop personnel logged a number of support tickets, these tickets are just being closed without fixing the issue

I sent a number of emails to customer care and to the complaints email address, I am just ignored.

This is product is clearly not market ready, yet you pay upfront and the best of all is that I already received a bill to pay for the next month.

It worked for a few hours, I thought the problem was fixed and set up my online fodder container and sowed R2k worth of seeds, just to find mold due to no internet service. That is now a R2k loss.

Pathetic MTN, Pathetic One really expect better, and thank you for loosing me money
