MTN FIX YOUR NETWORK!!!

I wish I could make the star 0. The number of connectivity issues in the Camperdown area is unbelievable, but besides Camperdown, in any outlying area, MTN is pathetic. Only if you live or visit a city center, your network is okay, but for the rest of us that don't too bad. I have called for months and they tell me nothing is wrong and that no one else has been calling. I currently work from home, and it's honestly embarrassing the number of dropped calls on data and normal calls. Camperdown is developing and I don't know why the MTN network is just deteriorating.

I would appreciate it if MTN could take the time to investigate what is causing the network to drop to 3G and even drop calls. I also don't receive calls because my phone goes straight to voicemail although everything is on and active. Don't even get started about load shedding! I had an incident at home where I needed to call the police, and I couldn't call our local police station because it was load-shedding and MTN is completely switched off during those times!!! Living in South Africa, how safe are we to be without cell connectivity for 2 hours at a time?
