MTN five years behind and counting

Hi all I have dealt with MTNSA five years ago and because of their poor service i cancelled my account with them and have moved on. however five years later they still havent removed my name off the ITC and I am having trouble with other personal applications. I am in possession with a letter from the attorney that did the collection stating i am paid up since September 2014. Yet when i spoke to the consultant Ndodo and said that i require assistance otherwise i will look to take it further because even now after 5 years they are not helpful, his attitude and words were and i qoute "go do whatever you want to do that will give you attention." I am a 30 year old proud South African but i must say i am appalled to think and have a company like this with this kind of work ethics associated with anything South African. I give them a hour to contact me with a definite solution and prove there work ethics are of contributing to a proud nation of South Africans.
