MTN financial theft

MTN overcharging on my contract. My contract states the monthly amount payable. The invoice differs every month and is in excess of the contract amount. The local MTN shop is unable to solve the problem. MTN Customer care call line is unable to to solve the issue. E-mail queries get illogical, useless response. It is impossible to solve a problem on an MTN account.
