MTN has become the worse provider in SA. All they are interested is what's on the collection plate. Given our tough economic conditions, I was in arrears and wanted to make an arrangement to pay. They suspended my account. They now have attorneys to handle the collections. They transferred me to the Collections dept attorneys called HP Attorneys. The lady there was rude and not interested in what I had to say and what arrangement I proposed and wanted the full amount paid before they would unsuspend my account. MTN HAVE BECOME FINANCIAL MERCENARIES. I suggest using different service providers.
