MTN FIbRE USELESS, INEFFICENT AND DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. STAY AWAY

I am trying to open up an account with MTN for fibre. I phoned the during the month and I was told to phone at the end of the month when I needed the service. I was then constantly harassed by this number. ***. When I confirmed it was MTN I then engaged with them. They could not enter the OTP"s onto their system. I phoned yesterday to order the fibre. I did not receive an email to upload my documentation. I need my fibre by Monday. I called them at 8am. It is now 8.21am and the phone is still not answered . And watch the twits take the debit order because that will be the only thing that they are efficient at. They need to fire all their useless staff. STAY AWAY FROM MTN FIbRE -THEY ARE DISORGANISED, INEFFICIENT. I WILL NOT GET MY FIbRE IN TIME.
