MTN Fibre - Supersonic

I have been phoning everyday, well when I eventually get through, to follow up on my Fibre installation. Today I get through and get told no they cannot help me. It has been 2.5 weeks since I placed my order and nothing has come from it. No phone call, no confirmation of anything. MTN Fibre SuperSonic is the worse company on the face of this planet!!!!!
