MTN FIBRE DOES NOT HAVE GOOD SERVICE

I ordered MTN Fibre (Supersonic) last week. I canceled with my existing provider. MTN Fibre called and we completed the application and order.

One person came from frog foot I belive to sort out my line. Up till now I still don't have my Fibre working. I don't have the router. No one has made contact with me. I have called and been on hold for over 10 minutes without any help.
