MTN Fibre

I bought the fibre for R429 and I paid the R500.50, my problem is since it was delivered last week Tuesday I can't connect. I was going to use the fibre for my work at home. As I'm a customer service agent who works from home. Now I was given a warning due to work not done in time and not meeting deadlines. I'm at the verge of losing my job because of mtn. I want my full refund as I have not used the fibre. Im so angry because a plate of food will be taken away from my kids because of mtn
