MTN has some *****ulent activities happening either by the consultants or MTN as a whole, today I was supposed to receive my package but an hour before delivery I was told that the parcel us returned back to MTN warehouse a couple of minutes later I receive an email with OTP for authentication, which is a security thing they do when they deliver them shortly after I received an sms saying it was successfully authenticated. But the delivery wasn't sent to me as on my side they Said the package was returned to mtn warehouse meaning someone took my package under my name and under my account details. I reported the matter to MTN ***** line and NCC. I called MTN customer support and without any urgency on their side, until now I haven't received any assistance or even proper correspondence
