MTN Ferndale on republic staff are not Professional

I called MTN to have my WiFi contract cancelled and they told me to go to a nearest MTN branch to return the router and cancel it as they do not cancel it online. I went to MTN at Ferndale on republic to return the router on the 15th on December and I was made to fill some forms and I did. The lady told me the contract was cancelled. And to mention it was mission for me to get it cancelled as she acted and spoke like she did not want to cancel it saying she is tired of us cancelling WiFi because she was way older than me I laughed it off and ignored it. Yesterday I woke up with a debit order from MTN for the WiFi. I called MTN today and I was told the contract was never cancelled. I should call the shop and ask them. I called the shop and the lady that answered the phone said the person that was helping me was on lunch they will call me when she is back and took my details and never contacted me. I’m so disappointed.
