Mtn feels nothing for their customers

I have been a customer of Mtn for over 15 years now. I have logged a complaint on the 12th already and nobody is getting back to me. I have given them eniugh time to respond to me. Mtn is getting more rediculous with their contracts and then they ***** your data which you pay for each month as well. Can someone please get back to me.
