MTN feeding themselves with my money
Such a ********** company. I had 24 month with these ********. I was not informed that i must go to the store to terminate contract after 24 months, hence the debits continued as if I’m paying a life cover. When I finally contacted them they told me my contract had been upgraded at a mall i have never even been, what a joke. These ******* must pay back my money. I have contacted one of their consultants but no communication has been made with me. MTN is *******. Iwant my damn money back. MTN u r not a funeral policy where one pays forever, a 24 month contract means just that.

02 May 2019, 21:31I have done that already, TWICE! I have sent the documents to Mbali Zondo, USELESS. I did send a message on your Facebook page as well. I’m tired of being told that the matter will be escalated bla bla bla! I WANT MY DAMN MONEY. As we speak debits hell still continues. I will send them to you AGAIN. Don’t give me stupid reference numbers. Terminate the contract and repay me. Don’t tell me about investigation when you know very well that you are the **********. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO MALL OF THE SOUTH GAUTENG, where the upgrade was made. Le tlo ntena. Don’t act professional on this platform when you can’t do what is right. It’s so DAMN OBVIOUS you people did the upgrade. Don’t make furious. My account is not your ***gy bank. I signed up for a 24 month contract and now probably paying for ocer 36 months n u want to tell me about investigation? Cancel the damn contract n pay me
