On Monday , 04 March 2019 Musawenkosi from Dial Direct called you to assist you with your query. He also mentioned that the iPhone SE was not available on contract, he also offered you an alternative package of which it was declined.
Unfortunately, we are unable to curve out a specific contract to you as this will set precedence and it is also not aligned with our policies and procedures.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

08 Mar 2019, 09:53He did not at that stage just gave me an alternative contact I was promised that this will be escalated and that they will get back to me, till now no person spoke to me again. If you can sell it as a cash deal you should be willing to construct a contract! you have the phones in some stores and online. not sure of anymore due to you purposely delaying the process. I will cancel my current contract with you as well as my wifes if you do not get back to me with proper feedback. I'm also going to influence all my family members, friends and colleagues to take future business elsewere based on this experience.
