Mtn

Good day. My name is Tom Kirkwood. I have a contract phone from Mtn and its just a few months old. The phone broke and its in repairs now for 4weeks. I still pay every month but they told me the phone needs some parts to repair it. I send there customer service an email and they came back to me 3days after my email asking for a some code. I gave it to them but i havnt heard back. Im so disappointed with them because i need my phone for work. Can you please help me. I feel very overwhelmed with this.
