MTN falsely updating credit profiles as missed payments

I have had an MTN contact since 2010. I see on my credit profile today that 2 payments were supposedly misses by me in May and June 2020 thus negatively affecting my credit score. These payments were made and MTN statements reflect this. I am in the process of applying for a bond and this will definitely affect my chances. I require MTN to rectify this within 3 days or you will be held civilly responsible for your shortcomings. And costs associated for me fixing this problem caused by you or delay in my bond approval will be invoic s to you. This is not expected from a company such as yours. I would rather take my loyalty elsewhere of not rectified.
