MTN FALSELY handing me over to lawyers

I've been a client of MTN since year 2000, my account has always been paid by Debit Order, now they handed my over to Lawyers for not paying my account for Jan and Feb 2020, even though the payments have been deducted from my bank account.

Bad service!! I now have grounds to cancel my MTN account, even prior to it's termination date.
