Mtn FALSELY advertise product

on the 2nd of October 2017 i been to mtn to upgrade and to take out a new contract on a Laptop. I was told they do not have stock and will have to place an order for the laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad 320 i5 7th generation)which will take 3 working days. After a week i get a call from Mtn saying the laptop will take a week to come. On the 9 October 2017 still no laptop. Been back on the 17 October 2017 still no Laptop. On the 28 of October 2017 i been back to mtn, and i was told that Mtn does not have stock of the laptops. This is false advertising. I been with mtn from 2005 and this is not the first time i had this problem. Its almost the new Month and still no laptop. I think its time to change my service service provider.

Thank you for your post.

We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with our deliveries. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

We have introduced new systems with a view to improve services- these have led to our customers having to wait for their consignments much longer than what the process permits. We have reverted back to the old system to correct this error to restore services due to our customers. This may however take a bit of time to resolve.

We apologise immensely for this incident and the service you have received from us thus far. Do note that we are actively trying to resolve this matter and your patience is highly appreciated while we correct this shortcoming.

Regards
