Mtn false personalized deals / no feedback

I have been a loyal contract subscriber with mtn for some time now

Recently they sent me a mail promising great deals to upgrade

They stated these were personalized specifically to cater for my needs based on my current contract

This is in fact false the deals they sent were an absolute slap in the face and no where near close to my current contact

I mailed them to address this as it is a pathetic attempt to get me to upgrade given all the deals were not in fact personalized to meet my needs and further to that the deals were shockingly bad in essence as it is

Mtn did not even bother replying to my mail

They clearly think it’s acceptable to short change current clients and further to that simply ignore them out right
