Mtn false information

I lost my phone and the consultant at mtn and when I went to claim with MTN the consultant advised that my phone had no insurance and I should take another contract and I took another contract because of what she told me after taking another contract another consultant in Westgate mall branch advised that the phone I lost had insurance and I went back to the initial branch which was Clearwater and the manager called the consultant and the consultant told me that the system was offline I feel that the new contract should be void as I took it with false information by the consultant I lodged a complaint with MTN and the didn't assist me I tried to get the CEO contact and they didn't assist
