MTN - False Information

Since the 1st of Oct 2021 until now MTN has not resolve my query. They don't care about their client's. They even told me that the person that called me was not supposed to call me for an upgrade but they gave those people our information. I know MTN not agency's that work for MTN. They don't even know who did the upgrade but they expect me to know. All they want is for me to migration fee that they didn't mention. Right now they have suspended my service, I can't even call 083 135 with my own phone I borrowed someone's phone to make a call. Please stop treating us as garbage, when you call us you are polite and friendly but when we have queries you don't want to assist you are even not ashamed to tell me that there is nothing you can do the people that phone me must help me.
