MTN FALSE INFORMATION!

I took out an LTE contract in April 2025 through a telephonic conversation with an *********** agent.

I was billed +-R720 for a pro rata fee and the month of May 2025 and billed another R399 for June even though May hasn't even finished.

The router was destined to be utilized in KZN as explained to the agent. However, in order to close the sale, she had indicated that I should use my Gauteng address (for delivery) and that I can change it when the router is being used in KZN.

I subsequently fell for this tactic and now am unable to utilize the router in KZN despite being billed for 2.5 months already.

I then called the call center in an attempt to change the address which was done, however, to an address that I did not provide to the agent. I AM STILL UNABLE TO USE THIS DEVICE AND HAVE PAID FOR IT IN ADVANCE.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT AN ADDRESS IS UPDATED TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT THE CLIENTS?

I then called in again on 15 May 2025 and again spoke to a Nandisiwe Dila who was requesting for a geo address to change the address. How is it possible to provide this information when I am in gauteng province?

In addition, how is it acceptable for a client to provide a geo address which Nandisiwe requested..this should be internal terminology or information that shouldn't be passed to clients..what kind of service is this ?

I have spoken to at least 3 different agents and all 3 different versions and have provided false information and no service at all and I am still paying for a Service I cannot utilise.

I also have a call recording of Nandisiwe who was also insistent that I provided the wrong address (bottlebrush street) without having any knowledge of or listening to the previous call.

Is this the manner in which clients are treated and services rendered?

In addition, can I have the call recordings of the sale and previous discussions with each agent verified as this also forms part of the complaint and action be taken against the respective agents.

This is unacceptable and tantamount to *****!
