MTN false contractual agreement

I just received an statement on my data sim contract and it says that I will be charged R351 on my 25-11-2021. What am I paying for? I don't know. This month MTN Charged me R251 to my surprises instead the R198 as agreed when I took the contract. When I called your call center your agent was very rude and not willing to listen to my problem instead she told me that I must stop screaming when I was asking her question regarding my number. Now you're saying that I have content services that I never subscribed and that my data is uncapped. I did not subscribe to anything and my data was was never uncapped. I don't want your contract anymore its a ****. Your agent are unnecessarily rude and its pointless calling your call center because I won't be assisted
