Mtn false and pathetic service as always!!!

As I go on to www.mtn.co.za click on upgrade and put in my cell number, it says my eligible for an upgrade by th 30 April 2020 however when someone called me they advised me no i need to work .. I even have the screen dump notifying me the 30 April 2020... I've been with mtn all my years, think I should rather cancel this contract and move to another provider
