MTN False adverti*****t

absolutely terrible service. my wife upgraded her contract for the galaxy s22 with a promotion to receive a tab a8. called the call center nobody is aware. went instore, they are not aware. went to samsung, they said it is a mtn promotion and need to contact them. its been a week now, sent emails, and tried calling the call center with no luck. being a mtn customer for a long time but i will re consider dealing with them in future. really bad service and false advertising.
