MTN false adverti*****t

Good morning, MTN has a black Friday deal advertised on brochures. I currently have my contract under my SME business (that is due for an upgrade). MTN to offer the advertised deal to me as I am paying from a business and stating that it is only available to their "consumer" clients. The adverti*****t reads only the following under terms and conditions: Black Friday 2023: Valid from 17/11/2023 - 4/12/2023 to customers who sign up or upgrade to the Black Friday promotional deals." And then it goes on about other additional items that comes with the deals. I quoted the CPA section 23 and 30, especially 30 where it reads the following: "A supplier must not advertise any particular goods or services as being available at a specified price in a manner that may result in consumers being misled or deceived in any respect relating to the actual availability of those goods or services from that supplier at that advertised price." The adverti*****t is posted in such a manner that at the start of the promotion (17/11/2023) when I went to the store the staff at the store also thought that it should be available but could not assign it as it was not on the codes system. Is there anything that can be done about this? The price advertised is R1299 x24months but they want to charge me R1839 for exactly the same thing as I am paying from a company and not at any place or terms was it advertised as being exclusive to individual persons and not businesses. I even tried to help by letting them change my number to be under my name instead of the company but then they want to charge me almost R2000 in penalties for moving it as the contract expires in December but it due for an upgrade.
