MTN false advertising with zero consumer Ethics

I wish I could give Negative stars because 1 star is too much, MTN has falsely advertised promotions. My wife only purchased a Huawei PURA 70 because MTN said you would get a free Huawei tablet via the Huawei app, well once we received the the phone we went on the App only to be told there is no such promotion, we complained to MTN and logged a call with their complaints department only to receive zero feedback and we then waited 14 days to log a complaint with ICASA. MTN clearly do not care about CONSUMER ETHICS as well as customer service, and i would rather cancel the contract then continue with such an ************ company.
