MTN False Advertising on Product

Good Morning,

I am an unhappy customer of MTN, In March I took a in deal with MTN which was on special for Honor X9b which was on special for R1090 per month. I checked my statements and I see for the month of May 2024 an amount of R2 036,86 was deducted off my account. In the month of June 2024 and amount of R3 144,14 and July R2 569.56. This is not what I agreed to and I am upset when I go to MTN store I am told that there was no spend limit put in place which does not make sense. My wife took the same deal at the same time and was not being deducted this exhorbitant amount per month. I would like this to be fixed and I would like to be refunded for the overcharge on my account which I find ridiculous and I am not willing to stand for. I have never spent this amount of money on account and would not have taken the contract if I knew this is the amount I was to pay. I have queried this with MTN they close my queries without calling me and I find found out about this as I have to call them and no one from their organization cares to call. I am an angry customer and I want to be taken seriously by MTN which I believe they are not doing. I was given these reference numbers by the lady called Shirley *** and *** and called in and spoke to Phumzile who stated that my queries had been closed.
