MTN False Advertising

To whom it may concern,

Please note I upgraded my contract to find that MTN advertises the attached and when the contract is upgraded they tell you that that contract is for S21 only but nowhere on their website does is this indicated. 1. Upgrade contract 2. They give you a number to whatsapp *** to redeem the evoucher of R3000 + galaxy active watch + galaxy buds. Attached from website 3. There's a return message showing to send ID and invoice. Once validated they only give you the voucher and galaxy buds. I took a sky package silver with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 because it is value for money and the additional items was the main reason I went for this.

This is becoming the norm with MTN.... December I took out contracts for my kids and the consultant at the Glen shopping mall store messed up, was rude and I was struck with contracts set the wrong way and told thats what it is.

Now to accept again. Mtn advertises to get the customers and then we are stuck in contracts that we receive bad service and not honored by MTN
