MTN false advertising

My mom bought a contract phone from MTN while she was still paying, MTN call Centre Agent called her and told her she won a package to receive R700 worth of data and calls per month. My mom refused the deal because it sounded too good to be true but the Agent kept begging her to take it coz she said it was free. My mom took only to find that it was not true. At the end of the month she ended up paying more than she budget. She called MTN and they told her she agreed to take the package. My mom told them she is refusing to pay that amount because she was told it's free. The account was put on query. Few weeks later her phone was ******. She went to do a Sim swap and MTN refused to Sim swap for her since they said her account is on query. It's been 7 months now, she hasn't received any feed back. She keeps calling and going to MTN stores and they send her from pillar to post. She cries everyday because of this, she even has started taking BP pills something she never had before. This is affecting her greatly, she has lost her important contacts, and she was waiting for a call to start a new job. I'm writting this literally in tears. Please help
