Mtn - False advertising.

I have recently seen an advert in the January April Yello trader mtn booklet for a S24 ultra 512gb going for R1089 for normal consumers and not under the business deals. When i approached the store, they said they received an email regarding that special that it was a mistake. This they only realized after checking on the system for it and not finding it there. So if there was an email, why could they not have notified consumers as soon as they asked for the deal, secondly they also said that there is nothing they can do because they received an email.

If this t=is their mistake and if they send out hundreds of emails, howdoes that affect the consumer, what emails are sent between the stores are not the issues of the consumer. Is he not entitled to get the product that was advertised. Also I was also told that month to month contracts do have any impact on the credit amount they give you, However, in my case it did, I have a month to month and since the contract i want firstly is not on the system, all of a sudden the month to month contract that i have is now playing a role in the credit that i am getting.

What type of business is this. For such a large company, the excuses and professionalism shown is disgusting. So i am not allowed to take out a new contract, They trying to do an upgrade on the month to month cause the credit i would need is less, and here is the best part, thye doing it for the wrong device the S24 ultra 256 cause the 512 is not allowed they they got an email.

I am absolutely disgusted, maybe the news out to hear about this. I am sure they will appreciate the publicity.
