MTN false advertising and support

False advertising. Supposed to get 20GB upgrade promo data. The new contract date was 03/05/23. I did a early upgrade and I was told that I would receive the promo data with the actual start date of the new 24 months. Nothing happend and I phoned them beginning of June, I was put through to a third party that's handling Mtn and Vodacom promotional data. I was informed that I will receive it with my new billing month 17/06/23. Till now nothing. Phone the useless customer care number, waited almost 30min to get through to speak to someone. Now all of a sudden they do not give the promotional data anymore. When I upgraded it was still part of the upgrade deal. The last couple of moths I also struggle with poor network people cannot get hold of me. Phone does not even ring. Tried different handsets as well. This was the last upgrade... After almost 20yrs time to move on.
