MTN false advertising and ********!

I have taken out a promo deal combo with MTN for a note 8 plus a samsung 32"smart tv. This was in August 2018 and to date, no tv has been delivered and no feedback has been provided. The sale consultant is useless as she either annoyed for calling me back after weeks of complaining or she just does not respond to any mails. Tiara in online team is the worst. I have been calling and no one can assist. What i dont understand is that how is it so easy for a consultant to sign you up for a contract but the after service is so pathetic. I just want to know when it will be delivered as this was part of the package and all the required documents was send well in advance. Even though i am 3 months into this contract, i cannot wait for it to end as i have never experienced such awful service from a cellphone provider.
