MTN false advertising and Poor service level

very disappointing service linked to false advertising I have now dealt with the store clerk, the store manager, and the regional manager all 3 off them has gone above and beyond to try and resolve the advertised deal to be honored, but from there head office absolutely no support, its been 2 weeks now my contract expired end of august and the head office could not care less to try and honor the deal they advertised
