MTN False advertising and ****ming Customers

I Got the worst service ever from MTN service. I had to pay a upgrade fee on the contract in May and till this dai 14 Oct i havent received everything i was supposed to get with the contract. I have contacted Both managers at the potchefstroom branch and the OPPO representative many many many times and still nothing. Getting weak excuses all the time and always the same thing. I even tried contacting MTN H/Q to no avail. This is really unacceptable .If higher manager or some one can contact me i will be willing to forward all communication so to use as proof that its all the truth that i am being ****med/ or FALSE ADVERTISING ON BEHALF OF MTN.
