Mtn false advertising and making you pay

I was called by an mtn agent telling about I can get more by changing to another package with just 18 rand more.He promised that the difference in will 18 rand at end of the month and promised me 200 minutes .Only to find out I was getting airtime and the package was now expensive than expected I was not not told about additional costs.I reported multiple times.I was called by mtn again telling my complaint was valid was going to get money back and be moved back to my old package .Only to find now I have to pay migration costs ,prorata again and my money has not been paid back to me Why make people suffer for your own false advertising and it been months trying to sort this out.Or you will respond when we start a HASH tag because I am not the only one.
